This was a customizable Java applet to which pictures could be added to create a unique yakyuken opponent. The amount of nudity depends on the pictures used. Sadly, the applet appears to be an icon lost to time as the creator of the applet has long since disappeared from the Interwebs, but we were able to find instructions on how it was set up.
