You visit various places around a city, to either challenge characters from various past Elf games to four-player mahjongg matches, or to purchase unlockables from the many shops scattered around with the points you have acquired. Emerging at the top of the heap allows you to pick among the female opponents you just challenged to strip and eventually have sex with. There are a great number of characters to play against and options to unlock, though the mahjongg game’s AI is fairly difficult.
